SERO: 108 Power Street, Hawthorn as viewed from Elgin Street
SERO, also known as the “Wedge Building” due to the design approach to an unusually shaped site is a four storey office complex that was completed in October 2009.
It was built by private developer Les Smith1 on the former site of the Elgin Inn bottle shop and it features over 4,300sqm of office space.
