The National Foods building houses 16,700 metres of office space.  The exterior is minimalist in design, featuring a modern dark curtain wall.  An angular two level podium allows the rectangular building sits on a roughly triangular site bordered by Village Street, Rebecca Lane and Batmans Hill Drive while allowing the building a small frontage to claim its Bourke Street address.   A sweeping white horizontal frame defines the podium level and 228 space carpark and one side of the building has alternating vertical black and white panels.
