Seven17 Bourke is an 18 storey 40,000 sqm 5-star green office building. Construction began in 2007 and the building was completed and opened in 2011. It was designed by Metier 3 and constructed by Probuild as a new home of the Channel 9 television network at a cost of $190 million.

The tower sits on a podium which extends to the property line of the unusually shaped site while the square tower’s facade is articulated by a series of stacked curtain walled planes skewed on a central axis, each representing two levels and dotted with irregularly spaced glass mullions.
